A.
Three sets, not for time, of:
Alternating Pistols x 10 reps (5 each leg)
Double-Unders x 40-60 reps
Toes-to-Bar x 10-12 reps
B.
Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
Power Clean + Hang Clean + Clean

C.
Three sets of:
Touch-n-Go Deadlift x 10 reps
Pull-Ups x 20/15 reps
Rest 3 minutes

D.
Three sets for times:
Run 800 Meters
95lb Shoulder to Overhead x 25 reps
Rest 3 minutes
